The Parish of St Helier is seeking a proactive Waste Collection & Street Cleansing Manager to lead key frontline environmental services that keep the community clean, safe and welcoming.
You will oversee refuse, recycling, glass collection, street cleansing and public toilet services, ensuring efficient operations, legal compliance and high service standards. The role involves leading operational teams, managing daily logistics, health & safety and continuous service improvement while working with residents, businesses and partner agencies.
This is a hands-on leadership position requiring strong communication, the ability to manage change, respond to emergencies and deliver value for money.
