Pay: £45,000 - £55,000
Work Pattern: Office-Based (5 days onsite)

Key Responsibilities
* Line management of two remote team members, overseeing all day-to-day transactional accounting activities
* Preparation of monthly management accounts in accordance with group reporting deadlines
* Presentation and explanation of P&L performance to the Head of Accounting & Financial Control, highlighting budget variances and key trends
* Comprehensive review of the balance sheet and cash flow as part of the monthly reporting process
* Oversight of supplier commercial agreements to ensure trading forecasts remain accurate and aligned
* Monitoring partner performance targets and assessing gross profit impact in relation to supplier agreements
* Partnering with local senior leadership to provide financial insight and support strategic decision-making
* Delivery of ad-hoc financial analysis as required
* Leading the external audit process, ensuring timely and accurate provision of required information
About You
* Fully qualified accountant with post-qualification experience (PQE)
* Proven experience operating as a Finance Manager, ideally with an Accounting, Financial Control (AFC) background
* Inquisitive and analytical mindset, with strong problem-solving capability and a focus on continuous improvement
* High level of accuracy and attention to detail
* Comfortable leading and embracing change
* Strong communication skills, with the ability to present financial information clearly
