Job Responsibilities
* Delivering the food concept to company standards and exceeding guest expectations.
* Managing all aspects of food stock control, including ordering, deliveries, stock taking, and wastage control.
* Supporting the Head Chef in the smooth running of the kitchen and deputising in their absence.
* Training and developing the kitchen team to help them reach their potential.
* Ensuring compliance with all Food Safety and Health & Safety regulations in accordance with legal and company policies.
Candidate Requirements
* Previous experience working in a busy kitchen is essential.
* Willingness to develop, take on responsibility, and remain calm under pressure.
