Job Description
3. Mapping all operational, clinical and administrative processes
4. Identifying inefficiencies, duplication and operational risk
5. Leading an organisation-wide transformation programme
6. Strengthening CQC governance, compliance and documentation standards
7. Selecting and implementing fit-for-purpose clinical and workforce systems
8. Providing structured, confident reporting to Founders and the Finance & Operations Director
9. Supporting teams through change with clarity and stability
Long term operational requirements:
10. Embed a stable, scalable operating model post-transformation
11. Support expansion plans (two or more new sites per year)
12. Strengthen referral pathways across NHS, PMI and self-pay markets
13. Improve cross-functional collaboration between clinical, therapy, nursing and support teams
14. Drive sustainable operational performance aligned with commercial growth
The Successful Applicant
15. Senior operational leadership within healthcare (mental health, eating disorders, community or complex care highly desirable)
16. Strong track record of CQC governance, regulatory compliance and quality improvement
17. Proven delivery of change and transformation programmes
18. Experience in process mapping, service redesign and implementation
19. Systems selection and implementation (clinical or operational platforms)
20. Comfortable working in matrix environments across clinical and support functions
21. Experience operating autonomously within SME or founder-led organisations
