Location: Leeds, West Yorkshire
Hours: per week, excluding travel (Monday to Friday with occasional weekend and evening work)
Contract: Permanent
Salary: £, to £, (depending on qualifications) per annum based on hours per week
Driving: Full UK Driving Licence required and access to a vehicle. Mileage paid.
Would you like to play a vital role in delivering first aid training and specialist courses, teaching life-saving skills?
Join us as a British Red Cross First Aid Trainer and help deliver vital training across Yorkshire. This rewarding role involves:
* Delivering first aid training and specialist courses, teaching life-saving skills.
* Teaching appropriate actions in various situations, such as unresponsiveness or burns.
* Supporting individuals to confidently provide emergency support.
* Traveling to training venues across Leeds and the surrounding Yorkshire area.
What will you need to be a successful First Aid Trainer?
* An engaging personality, strong communication skills, and confidence speaking to groups.
* Good listening skills, problem-solving abilities, and the capacity to give constructive feedback.
* A training or teaching qualification, or willingness to work towards one.
* Experience in preparing and delivering training courses, with assertiveness in engaging diverse learners.
* Ability to work independently and travel to various training venues.
* IT literacy.
