About the Nursery Practitioner Role
As a Nursery Practitioner, you will:
* Assist management in delivering top-notch care and education for children.
* Collaborate with the Room Leader and staff to ensure smooth daily operations.
* Contribute creative ideas to enhance children’s learning and development.
* Liaise with staff regarding children’s specific needs.
* Maintain a safe, clean, and healthy environment.
* Adhere to all nursery policies and procedures.
* Meet health, safety, and environmental health requirements.
Essential Criteria - Qualifications/Experience
* Full and relevant Level 3 Childcare Qualification - Essential
* Over 1 year’s experience in Early Years - Essential
* Sound knowledge of Ofsted expectations - Desirable
* Knowledge of EYFS statutory framework - Essential
* Fluency in written and spoken English - Essential
