Job Description Worth Recruiting – Property Industry Recruitment Vacancy: SALES & LETTINGS ADMINISTRATOR (PART TIME) – Estate Agent Location: Pinner, HA5 Salary: £35,000 per annum (pro rata) Position: Permanent – Part Time Reference: WR 81467 Part Time Sales & Lettings Administrator (office based) required in Pinner to help support a busy estate agency team with office coordination, client communication, and property administration across both sales and lettings operations. The Part Time Sales & Lettings Administrator role involves providing day-to-day administrative support across both the sales and lettings departments, ensuring smooth office processes and consistent client service. It would suit an organised administrator with previous property sector exposure who can quickly integrate into an active office environment and manage varied tasks efficiently. Candidates with previous Estate Agency experience will be given preferential consideration. What You'll Be Doing (Key Responsibilities): Providing administrative support to the sales and lettings teams Preparing property documents and correspondence Managing office records and file systems Handling incoming calls and client enquiries Assisting with property listings and marketing materials Supporting sales and lettings progression administration Liaising with applicants, landlords, tenants and suppliers Updating CRM systems and internal databases Coordinating general office tasks to keep operations running smoothly What We're Looking For (Skills & Experience): Previous office administration experience essential Estate agency administration experience preferred Understanding of sales and lettings processes advantageous Professional and customer-focused approach Strong organisational and prioritisation skills Excellent telephone manner and communication skills Comfortable working to deadlines in a busy office Good IT and computer skills Able to build effective working relationships What's In It For You?
