Hotel Housekeeping Supervisor – Award Winning Hotel – Up to £32k – Aberdeenshire, Scotland
Paramount Personnel are recruiting for an experienced Housekeeping Supervisor, to join an award winning Hotel in the Braemar area. Set within the beautiful Scottish Highlands, the successful housekeeping supervisor will have experience of working within a luxury Hotel setting, and have experience in a similar role with previous management experience.
Responsibilities
* Supervise and train the housekeeping team
* Conduct regular room/public areas inspections
* Manage schedules and daily tasks
* Handle guest requests and resolve any issues promptly
* Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and linen
Qualifications / Ideal Candidate
The ideal candidate will be a strong leader, an effective communicator and someone with previous experience in a housekeeping supervisor/manager role, with a passion to provide the best guest experience.
