As a CNC Operator, youll be joining a well-established manufacturing business with a strong reputation for investing in their employees, offering market leading benefits and a clean, well-run machine shop environment.
The Role - CNC Operator
Working within a small, experienced machine shop team, you will be:
* Operating CNC milling and turning machines
* Loading programs and checking machines are running correctly
* Inspecting parts using measuring equipment and gauges
* Monitoring tooling and carrying out tool changes when needed
* Deburring, engraving and preparing machined parts
* Supporting machine changeovers and maintaining workshop standards
Skills & Experience - CNC Operator
Were looking for someone with:
* Previous CNC machining or machine shop experience
* Ability to read engineering drawings and work to tolerances
* Experience using measuring and inspection equipment
* Milling and turning knowledge
* Good attention to detail and a reliable approach to work
* A team-focused attitude
