Overview
Redbridge is an ambitious, diverse and exciting east-London borough. The Mental Health and Wellness Teams are a new development aligned with national guidance, leading the transformation of adult community Mental Health Services in the borough with a model of place-based care. The enhanced multi-disciplinary teams provide a range of specialist interventions within an integrated, person-centered approach to adults who are residents of the Borough of Redbridge. Services support service users throughout their journey in Mental Health Services, enabling consistency of care and close liaison with local NHS services, Social Care, and community statutory and voluntary services.
This post would be attractive to an experienced Mental Health Social Worker and Approved Mental Health Professional (AMHP) who is passionate about supporting mental health service users. The post may also suit those seeking AMHP training in the near future.
