Red Bull UK and Acosta Europe are seeking passionate and enthusiastic Field Sales Representatives, known as Strikers, to join our team across the UK. This is an exciting opportunity to represent the world’s leading energy drink brand and develop your career in sales and marketing.

Role Details:
* Salary: £27,166
* Bonus: 15% Performance-Related Bonus
* Equipment Provided: Company Vehicle, Fuel Card, Mobile Phone
Key Responsibilities:
1. Represent Red Bull and build strong relationships with key decision-makers in stores across your territory.
2. Visit independent retailers and major stores regularly.
3. Deliver excellent customer service and meet distribution, availability, and visibility targets.
4. Manage and drive your territory using an entrepreneurial mindset.
5. Negotiate for increased shelf space and displays.
6. Increase brand awareness, educate customers on new products, and implement in-store activations.
7. Execute marketing initiatives creatively with POS materials.
Compliance & Data Reporting:
1. Conduct audits to ensure promotional activities comply with briefs.
2. Ensure product availability and correct pricing on fixtures.
3. Record response data accurately and provide high-quality photos with descriptions.
4. Offer insights on market and competitor activity and store procedures.
Technical & Administrative Skills:
1. Utilize intervention data and sales data to drive actions.
2. Manage journey plans and ensure sufficient promotional materials.
3. Attend monthly team meetings.
Experience & Skills:
* Experience in FMCG, retail, or sales preferred; motivated individuals from other sectors considered.
* Enthusiasm for the Red Bull brand and a drive to succeed.
* Ability to work autonomously in the field.
* Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
* Proven sales ability, commercial acumen, and target-driven mindset.
* Fluent in English; willing to travel 90-100%.
