Location: Willenhall, West Midlands or Stoke-on-Trent
Hours: Full Time, Monday Friday, 9:00 am 5:00 pm
Hybrid Working: 2 days in the office

Our client is a respected and growing firm with an outstanding reputation in Personal Injury, RTA, and Clinical Negligence. They are seeking a Personal Injury Solicitor with a passion for claimant work and a keen interest in Clinical Negligence to join their dedicated team.

What youll be doing
* Managing your own caseload of Clinical Negligence, RTA, and Personal Injury claims from instruction to settlement
* Drafting legal documents, including letters of claim, schedules of loss, and witness statements
* Instructing and analysing medical reports
* Negotiating settlements with defendants and insurers
* Liaising with clients, experts, and counsel throughout the litigation process
* Ensuring compliance with protocols, limitation deadlines, and procedural requirements
What were looking for
* Minimum 6 months PQE experience handling RTA, PI, or Clinical Negligence casework
* Strong communication, negotiation, and client care skills
* Ability to manage cases independently and achieve positive outcomes for clients
* Confident working with legal case management systems and digital files
