Conveyancing Solicitor / Property Lawyer - Sheffield
Location: Sheffield
Salary: £30,000 - £40,000 DOE
An established and rapidly growing national law firm is looking to appoint a Conveyancing Solicitor / Property Lawyer to join its expanding Sheffield office.

Conveyancing Solicitor - The Role
You will manage a specialist residential conveyancing caseload, working within a dedicated department aligned to a specific work type (for example New Build, Transfer of Equity, Sales and Purchases), rather than a mixed caseload.
Caseloads average around approximately 70 files, supported by experienced Legal Assistants and strong internal systems.
Conveyancing Solicitor - Key Responsibilities:
Managing a residential conveyancing caseload from instruction through to completion
Handling sales, purchases, remortgages, new build and transfer of equity matters (department dependent)
Delivering excellent client care and proactive communication
Ensuring compliance with regulatory and internal procedures
Accurate file management and use of case management systems
Working collaboratively within a supportive team
Meeting quality and productivity expectations
Candidate Requirements
Qualified Solicitor, Licensed Conveyancer, or experienced Property Lawyer
Residential conveyancing experience
Ability to manage a busy caseload efficiently
Strong organisational and communication skills
Client-focused approach
Confident IT and case management experience
