Role Overview
The School Administrator will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth and efficient running of the school's daily operations. This is a front-facing, highly administrative role requiring exceptional organisation, strong communication, and the ability to manage multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.
Key responsibilities include:
* Acting as the first point of contact for parents, visitors, and external stakeholders
* Managing incoming calls, emails, and enquiries with professionalism
* Maintaining accurate student records and supporting with data entry across school systems
* Preparing documentation, letters, reports, and communications for staff and SLT
* Supporting staff with administrative tasks including photocopying, filing, calendar scheduling, and meeting coordination
* Handling attendance and safeguarding documentation (training provided)
* Assisting with admissions processes, open events, parent evenings, and school functions
* Ensuring compliance with GDPR and confidentiality requirements
* Maintaining a calm, welcoming office environment and representing the school with professionalism at all times

Administrative Team Information
You will join a friendly and experienced admin team overseen by the Office Manager. The office operates collaboratively, with shared responsibilities and strong support structures in place.
