In this role you will be responsible for leading the delivery of multiple complex projects that are critical to our customers and our business. Main Responsibilities: Lead and motivate project teams to deliver high-quality outcomes across all work packages. Establish and manage robust project baselines, schedules and forecasts. Build strong relationships with customers, suppliers and internal stakeholders. Proactively manage risks, opportunities and change throughout the project lifecycle. Ensure delivery excellence across quality, cost, schedule and customer satisfaction. Ideal Experience & Skills: Proven success delivering complex projects in a multi-disciplinary environment. Strong leadership skills with experience guiding diverse teams. Excellent stakeholder and relationship management, including customers and suppliers. Advanced project management skills-planning, risk, financial control and governance. Experience working across multi-site or complex organisational structures.
