The Secret Drawer is a family-run luxury interior design company with nearly 30 years' experience crafting bespoke furniture for homes across Yorkshire and Lancashire anbd beyond. From our Skipton workshop we design, manufacture, and install high-end, fitted and freestanding furniture for every room. We have showrooms in Skipton and Ilkley.
The Role
We're seeking a confident, organised Business & Project Administrator to support our Project Management Team. You'll coordinate projects, maintain accurate records, liaise with designers, suppliers, and clients, assist with marketing, and provide a professional welcome to showroom visitors.
Key Responsibilities
* Maintain project records and internal systems
* Coordinate bespoke furniture projects
* Liaise with designers, workshop teams, and suppliers
* Support marketing activity, including social media content creation and posting
* Handle client communications, calls, and showroom visits
* Manage procurement and day-to-day admin
About You
* Experienced in administrative and customer-facing roles
* Strong organisation, IT, and communication skills (experience of Microsoft Office is an advantage)
* Detail-oriented with a proactive, can-do attitude
* Comfortable juggling multiple priorities
* Experience in interiors/design is a bonus
