Nursery Assistant / Nursery Practitioner / Pre-school Practitioner
Full time and Part time roles available 3, 4 or 5 days per week, working between 8am and 6pm.
We are looking to recruit enthusiastic and motivated Nursery and Pre-school practitioners. We are a stunning setting in the heart of Poole with a friendly and supportive team! The pre-school and nursery are looking for two new staff to work in their dedicated babies, toddlers or Pre-school unit.

Hours
Full or part time, we are happy to discuss both options.

Qualifications And Skills
The ideal Nursery practitioner/ Pre-school Practitioner will;
* Be passionate about childcare and helping children to achieve, play and be safe.
* Have previous experience of working with children under the age of five.
* Be qualified at NNEB/NVQ level 3 (or above) or equivalent in childcare.
* Be able to work well in a team
Key Responsibilities
* Implement educational activities and programs based on early childhood education principles.
* Utilize effective communication to interact with children, parents, and colleagues.
* Maintain a nurturing and stimulating environment for children to learn and grow.
* Drive and promote a positive learning experience.
* Supervise and engage with children in a nursery setting, ensuring their safety and well-being. :)
