The Role We’re looking for a Compliance Lead to join our Legal and Compliance team. This is a hybrid role ideal for someone with a strong background in compliance, ideally within the SaaS or care sector. You’ll play a key role in ensuring our operations remain compliant, secure, and aligned with best practices as we continue to grow. Key Responsibilities Compliance & Governance Oversee and update internal policies and procedures Maintain and support compliance with key standards and frameworks Deliver training and awareness programmes across the business Support with GDPR compliance and data breach/incident response Support corporate governance and risk management frameworks Conduct internal audits Support supplier due diligence and ongoing compliance Support business continuity planning Contribute to external reporting and accreditation processes Maintain and improve compliance reporting portals Support Sales and Customer Success in due diligence (RFPs) Act as external-facing expert for customers, partners, and auditors Lead monthly compliance KPIs and reporting Monitor emerging threats and regulatory changes to inform strategy What We’re Looking For Proven experience in a compliance, risk, or governance role Strong understanding of standards and regulatory frameworks Experience in SaaS or the care sector highly desirable Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills Ability to work independently and collaboratively across teams Willingness to travel to Bournemouth and Bridgwater offices Why Join Us?
