• Ensure employment related compliance through strong knowledge of Northern Ireland employment legislation.
• Support employees and managers through the implementation of policy and process.
• Experience coaching managers to support the implementation of HR policies and procedures.
• Support the key annual HR cycle deliverables through enhancing the employee life cycle - inductions for new employees, training needs analysis and delivery of training to encourage employee development.
• Experienced in developing and leading EDI initiatives.
• Liaise effectively with various internal stakeholder teams acting as the local point of contact across multi-national and multi-disciplinary teams.
• Support and enhance employee engagement demonstrating measurable outcomes.
• Ensure service delivery within defined SLA’s with exceptional attention to detail.
• Prepare appropriate comprehensive reports and presentations from raw data and make value-add recommendations.
• Support the business in employee relations, managing absence, disciplinary, grievances and sickness.
• Demonstrable experience in dealing with external bodies e.g., the Equality Commission.
• Other HR activities as required.
