Overview
To provide sales and marketing support to nominated homes to increase sales activity and increase revenue growth, providing additional support on focus homes or ad hoc projects, as required to contribute to the achievement of the Hallmark Care Home vision, Sales Effectiveness
Responsibilities
* Ensuring consistency through compliance audits on documentation in relation to the sales process
* Developing a working knowledge of all local competitors across the area and ensuring this information is shared and used with the CRMs (Onsite Sales Managers)
* Conducting regular checks on the sales practice in the homes via mystery shops or out of office calls & feedback to home on outcomes & areas of opportunity
* Supporting the General Managers to ensure a robust sales process is fully embedded.
* Collaborating and supporting CRMs with regular planning sessions to advance enquiries through to sale
* Producing reports & analysis metrics on a monthly basis to share with sales & marketing team
* Highlighting areas of development via metric reporting & Implementing solution-based plans
* Developing the skills and experience of current CRMs in the business to support retention and improve performance
* Working with Regional CRM to support with the onboarding of new CRMs, including delivering sales process & training to any new CRMs, GMs & relevant HODs
* Attending and contributing to the quarterly CRM forum
* Guiding and supporting CRMs to build relevant & meaningful business development relationships within their local community
* Liaising with GMs / CRMs to identify new areas of marketing or PR
* Working with CRMs to ensure a robust quarterly sales & marketing action plan is in place
* Monitoring nominated homes marketing budgets to ensure spend is in line & effective
* Supporting CRMs to arrange & hold regular sales & marketing meetings in their home
* Helping the homes understand the effectiveness of lead quality & reporting back to the marketing team accordingly
Qualifications / Skills
* Exceptional communicator
* Keen to work within a fast-paced environment
* Someone who keeps abreast of all the big issues in the care sector, and understands how these can affect their role and their team
* Strong numerical skills, specific to working with sales data and reports, KPI s and metrics
* The ability to offer remote support and hands-on in person support and coaching or training as required
* Strong business acumen, able to develop business cases and pitch to senior team
* Flexible on travel and working remotely, including overnight
