Responsibilities
* Provide tailored 1:1 and small group lessons for students aged 11-16 across core subjects
* Adapt teaching approaches to meet the needs of learners in outreach and alternative provision
* Travel across Thatcham, Berkshire to deliver flexible tuition in community or school-based settings
* Build strong relationships with students, families, and external professionals
* Track and report progress to ensure clear learning outcomes
Qualifications / Requirements
* Experience teaching or tutoring learners aged 11-16 in SEND, SEMH, or alternative provision settings
* Ability to adapt quickly to different learning contexts
* Strong knowledge of the KS3 and KS4 curriculum
* QTS/QTLS is desirable, but skilled unqualified tutors are welcome to apply
* A passion for helping young people overcome barriers and succeed in education
