Newstaff Employment is hiring passionate and dedicated Online Tutors in Buckingham to deliver engaging, high-quality online tuition to students requiring additional learning support, including those with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND). This is a flexible and fulfilling opportunity for qualified teachers or experienced tutors who want to make a genuine difference — all from the comfort of their own home.
Location: Buckingham (remote)
Salary: £25.00 – £45.00 per hour
Working Hours: Flexible (school hours)

Key Responsibilities
1. Plan and deliver interactive, personalised online lessons tailored to individual learning needs.
2. Support pupils with SEND, adapting materials and teaching methods to ensure inclusion and engagement.
3. Create a positive, encouraging online environment where every student can thrive.
4. Assess and monitor progress, providing constructive feedback and celebrating achievements.
5. Collaborate with parents, carers, and school staff to ensure continuity of learning support.
Essential Skills & Experience
6. Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) desirable, or proven experience in tutoring or education.
7. Strong understanding of SEND support strategies and differentiated teaching approaches.
8. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
9. Confident using online teaching platforms and digital tools.
10. Patient, empathetic, and adaptable approach to working with diverse learners.
