Knowledge Lawyer - CorporateTop 100 Law Firm | Guildford | SurreyMy client, a leading Top 100 law firm is seeking a Corporate Knowledge Lawyer to join its established and highly regarded Corporate team based in Guildford.This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced corporate lawyer who is looking to move away from fee-earning while remaining closely involved in complex, high-quality corporate work within a collaborative and forward-thinking firm.As The Knowledge Lawyer you will work closely with partners and senior fee earners to support the Corporate team's technical excellence and knowledge strategy.Key responsibilities will include:Monitoring legal and market developments across corporate law, including M&A, private equity, reorganisations and governanceDeveloping, updating and maintaining precedents, templates and practice notesProviding technical support and guidance to corporate fee earnersSupporting internal training, updates and knowledge-sharing initiativesAssisting with risk management, best practice and consistency across the teamContributing to client updates and thought leadership where appropriateI am keen to speak with:A qualified solicitor/lawyer with experience in corporate law, 4+ PQESomeone who enjoys research, analysis and supporting othersPrevious experience as a Knowledge Lawyer or PSL is beneficial but not essentialCandidates seeking a more balanced role without fee-earning targetsThe FirmA highly respected Top 100 UK law firmStrong national and regional reputation for corporate workSupportive culture with a focus on quality and collaborationFlexible and modern working practices
