We’re working with a growing company specialising in luxury home interiors, who are looking for a driven Field Sales Representative to join their team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with strong communication skills and a passion for sales to build and maintain relationships with retail clients, property developers, and other partners across the region.
Position details
Job Title: Field Sales Representative
Salary: £26,000 – £30,000 (OTE up to £40,000)
Hours: Monday to Friday, 8am – 5pm
Location: Office is based in Bromsgrove – will cover the Midlands
Key Responsibilities
* Proactively follow up on leads and convert opportunities into sales.
* Drive new business by networking and visiting potential clients on-site.
* Maintain and grow relationships with existing clients, ensuring repeat business.
* Carry out showroom meetings and site visits with professionalism and confidence.
* Promote luxury home interior products such as kitchens, worktops, bathrooms and tiles.
* Plan and manage your own diary to cover client visits effectively.
* Deliver excellent customer service while achieving sales targets.
* Use of a company car/van provided.
Requirements
* Confident, proactive, and target-driven approach to sales.
* Resilient, self-motivated, and able to work independently in the field.
* Previous B2B or field sales experience is desirable but not essential.
* Background in customer service, sales, or business development preferable.
* Strong organisational skills to manage a busy and varied workload.
* Full clean UK driving licence is essential.
