Role Responsibilities
* Handling the full complexity of the sales ledger, including processing sales invoices for multiple product lines with different pricing models, managing promotions, and volume-based discounts, all while ensuring high levels of accuracy and timeliness.
* Allocating bank receipts across varied customer accounts, reconciling discrepancies, and maintaining detailed records to support financial integrity.
* Driving process improvement projects aimed at simplifying complicated invoicing procedures, integrating system updates, and enhancing reporting accuracy across diverse sales channels.
* Engaging with cross-functional teams to resolve invoice disputes, using analytical skills to identify patterns and recommend corrective actions.
* Supporting continuous training and knowledge sharing to ensure team consistency, especially around handling complex pricing arrangements and credit note reasons, thereby increasing process efficiency.
