We are seeking a Hygiene Area Controller to lead a team of up to 20 staff, ensuring production and hygiene targets are met, team performance is managed and all documentation is accurately completed. You will set a positive example by working safely, following company rules and encouraging a good team spirit. Good communication skills and the ability to take initiative are essential in this position. This hands-on role is ideal for a proactive leader committed to maintaining high standards in a fast-paced environment.
The successful candidate will join the night shift team (22:00-06:00), Monday to Friday
