As a Senior Manufacturing Technician at Honeywell in Chonburi, Thailand, you will play a crucial role in producing high-quality products and services for our customers. Your responsibilities will include assembling and inspecting products to ensure the highest quality standards. Additionally, you will be responsible for maintaining a safe and efficient work area, monitoring production processes, and actively participating in continuous improvement initiatives related to safety, production, and quality.
Key Responsibilities:
* Operational Oversight:Monitor and oversee the day-to-day manufacturing operations(Mixing, Extruding, Coating, Cutting, SP process, Inspection & Packing)to ensure they run smoothly and efficientlyi.e. process audit, Gemba walk, etc.,
* Process Improvement:Identify opportunities for process improvement, optimization, and cost reduction. Implement changes as needed to enhance productivity and qualitythru Kaizen program, process & machine auditing
* Equipment Maintenance:Maintain and troubleshoot manufacturing equipment to ensure it operates correctly. Coordinate with maintenance teams for repairs and upgrades when necessary.
* Quality Assurance:Ensure that products meet quality standards and specifications. Conduct inspections and tests as required to verify product integrity.
* Training and Mentorship:Provide training and mentorship to junior technicians and operators. Share knowledge and best practices to help develop their skills and expertise.
* Documentation and Reporting:Maintain accurate records of production activities, including equipment logs, process parameters, and quality control data. Generate reports on key performance metrics and communicate findings to management.
* Safety Compliance:Adhere to safety protocols and regulations to maintain a safe working environment. Identify and mitigate potential hazards or risks.
* Cross-Functional Collaboration:Collaborate with other departments such as engineering, quality assurance, and supply chain to ensure seamless coordination and alignment of objectives.
* Problem Solving:Identify and resolve issues that arise during manufacturing processes promptly and effectively. Implement corrective actions to prevent recurrence.
* Project Management:Lead or participate in projects aimed at improving manufacturing processes, introducing new products, or expanding production capacity.
* Performs other duties as assigned by immediate supervisor or as requested by Engineer or Manager.
YOU MUST HAVE
* High School Diploma
WE VALUE
* Experience inProcess Technician frommanufacturing filed.
* Experience inElectronic manufacturing 3 - 5 years is preferred.
* Positive thinking, self-learner.
* Good communication skill.
* Basic English communication skill – both verbal and written.
* Sufficient working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel & PowerPoint).
* Ability to work rotating shifts, with days off that may not fall on weekends
