As a Teaching Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting the learning and development of children in primary education, working closely with teachers to create a positive and engaging classroom environment. Key Responsibilities: Assist the class teacher in delivering engaging lessons and supporting students' learning. Provide one-on-one and small group support to students who need additional help. Help maintain a positive and inclusive classroom environment. Assist with classroom management and behaviour support. Prepare and organise teaching materials and resources.
