Senior Enablement Support Worker (Derbyshire County Council Dales START Team)

Salary: £27,088 – £29,062 (pro rata for post hours). Hourly rate: £14.04 – £15.06. Enhanced hourly rate: £18.72 – £20.08 for shifts 7:00 pm – 7:00 am.

Responsibilities
* Deliver high-quality care and support to clients with diverse needs.
* Provide guidance and support to care staff.
Requirements
* Right to work in the UK (no visa sponsorship)
* Friendly and compassionate nature.
* Must be able to undertake a Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) check.
Working Hours
Three shifts available: early, late and 9‑5. Weekend and bank holiday work may be required. Saturday/Sunday work is paid at plain time unless between 7 pm and 7 am, when enhanced rates apply. Enhanced pay also applies to bank holiday work.
