We're in the search for a keen, motivated, and driven Small Works Estimator who wants to become a member of our valued team. About the Company: We are a nationally operating premium facilities service and maintenance provider. We offer a vast array of specialist services covering the commercial, domestic, and industrial sectors. About the Quantity Small Works Estimator: * Create all small works estimates within the business. * Collect client feedback and attend site meetings as and when required. * Liaising with the Helpdesk team daily. * Communicate with trade partners and team members regarding new and current projects and small works. * Establish and maintain working relationships with vendors and subcontractors. * Analise drawings and specifications. * Calculating the cost of materials, transport, labour, and equipment hire. * Researching and assessing information from a variety of sources to prepare accurate estimates. * Assessing the levels of risk on projects. Skills Required: * Minimum 2 years previous experience. * Ability to work on own or as part of a team. * Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. * Excellent time management and organisational skills. * Experience of working within a fast-paced environment - flexibility and adaptability to changing workloads
