With a strong focus on extending the life of luxury, THE OUTNET delivers a curated edit of exceptional fashion at up to 70% off, combining timeless style with a more responsible approach to retail.</p><p>As THE OUTNET continues its journey, we are seeking an experienced <b>HR Manager</b> to play a critical role in supporting the people agenda during a period of significant change.</p><p>This is a unique opportunity to build and embed modern HR foundations, implement new systems and ways of working, and actively contribute to the development of a strong, inclusive, and high-performance culture.</p><p>You will work closely with leaders across the business to ensure our people strategy supports both immediate needs and long-term growth</p><h3>Key Responsibilities</h3><h3>HR Foundations & Systems</h3><ul><li>Lead the implementation and ongoing management of core HR systems, including HRIS and payroll</li><li>Establish clear, scalable HR policies and processes that support consistency and employee experience</li><li>Manage employee benefit programs, overseeing health insurance, life assurance and group income protection</li></ul><h3>People Agenda & Employee Experience</h3><ul><li>Partner with leadership to help define and deliver the people agenda aligned to business priorities</li><li>Actively contribute to shaping talent management, performance, and development frameworks</li><li>Lead end-to-end recruitment, working with agencies and hiring managers</li><li>Support organisational change, restructures, and transformation projects</li></ul><h3>Office Operations</h3><ul><li>Oversee day-to-day office operations to ensure smooth, well-functioning, and engaging workplace environment</li><li>Act as key point of contact for office-related suppliers and service providers</li><li>Support office planning, facilities coordination, and health & safety compliance</li><li>Partner with IT and Finance to support onboarding and employee lifecycle activities</li></ul><h3>The Type of Person We Are Looking For</h3><ul><li>5+ years in a generalist HR Manager role within a fast-paced environment</li><li>Experience implementing HR systems and building HR processes from the ground up</li><li>Strong knowledge of UK employment law and HR best practice</li><li>Passionate about people, culture, and creating great employee experiences</li></ul></div>
