We are seeking one or two volunteers to lead the research, planning, and execution of fundraising activities in the Deeside/Kincardine area. The role involves coordinating a team of fundraisers with support from the Fundraising Hub.

You will lead a team of volunteers in community and online fundraising activities, enhance their skills, ensure policy compliance, and engage with the community to expand our reach.
What are we looking for?
* Excellent people skills and the ability to motivate others
* Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise and delegate
* Responsibility in handling money and charity resources
* Effective communication skills and community engagement passion
* Ability to develop a comprehensive fundraising strategy
* At least 3 years’ experience in community fundraising or income generation
* IT skills for Cats Protection systems (training provided)
* Committee Volunteer role—opportunity to influence branch direction
What will you be doing?
You will inspire and support fundraising volunteers to plan and run local events, oversee their activities, and ensure they are confident and motivated. Responsibilities include:
* Supporting and encouraging volunteers
* Planning and coordinating fundraising events
* Assigning tasks during events
* Developing annual fundraising plans
* Collaborating with the Community Fundraising Hub
* Managing financial records and reporting
* Promoting a professional image of Cats Protection
* Ensuring compliance with policies, licenses, and permits (Health & Safety, Data Protection, Safeguarding, etc.)
