Job Description
The Property Litigation NQ will be:
3. Managing a varied caseload of property disputes
4. Advising clients on development disputes, landlord-tenant disputes
5. Working closely with clients on risk management
6. Collaborating with senior team members on high-value cases
7. Engaging in business development and client relationship activities
8. Contributing to the team's strategic objectives and growth
The Successful Applicant
The Property Litigation NQ should be / have;
9. A solicitor or equivalent with up to 2 years PQE or a trainee who has completed a seat in Property Litigation or commercial litigation
10. Experienced in property litigation or related disputes ideally
11. Strong academics
12. Ties to Yorkshire
