Contract Support Lead – Bromley
Location: Glades Shopping Centre, Bromley
Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00am – 5:00pm
WPS is looking for a proactive and highly organised Contract Support Lead to join our team in Bromley. This is a full-time, site-based role supporting the delivery of facilities and property services in a dynamic retail environment.
Key Responsibilities
* Provide comprehensive administrative and contract support to the site team
* Coordinate reactive and planned maintenance activities
* Liaise with internal teams and external contractors to ensure service delivery
* Maintain accurate records and documentation in line with compliance requirements
* Support reporting, invoicing, and procurement processes
What We’re Looking For
* Previous experience in a contract support or facilities administration role
* Strong organisational and communication skills
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CAFM systems
* Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
* A customer-focused approach with a commitment to service excellence
