Head of Marketing / Senior Marketing Manager (Contract) – B2B Sector Experience Required. Equals Five is looking for an experienced, dynamic, and energetic Portfolio B2B Head of Marketing / Senior Marketing Manager to join one of our fast-growing clients. You will work across multiple brands within the B2B sector with hands-on, operational experience in small to mid-sized companies. Define and execute marketing activities according to the marketing strategy Coordinate all marketing activities to generate leads Design and execute marketing campaigns and programmes Collaborate with senior leaders and partners to deliver objectives Inform clients and prospects of products and services through creative marketing strategies Track performance of all marketing campaigns Deploy successful marketing campaigns and own their implementation from ideation to execution Produce valuable and engaging content for website and blog to attract and convert target groups Oversee and approve marketing material from website banners to brochures and case studies International travel may be required Core Skills & Competencies
Very strong project and campaign management Lead generation and growth marketing tactics Campaign design and execution of lead generation tactics ABM concepts and methodologies Technological proficiency across marketing automation tools Content strategy & creation: copywriting/editing/basic design/storytelling/research Campaign management from conceptualisation to implementation Data analysis and management incl. segmentation and targeting Website & CRM management Face-to-face client engagements and relationship building Application Process
