We currently have an opportunity to join our Facilities Management team as a General Builder (Multi-skilled).
Your role:
This is a hands-on role where no two days are the same, offering the opportunity to work across a wide range of buildings and sites including council properties, town and parish buildings, and commercial facilities.
As part of a small, dedicated team, youll carry out tasks such as bricklaying, tiling, plastering, and concreting—ranging from small repairs to major refurbishments. Youll also be part of our emergency response team, providing out-of-hours cover on a rota basis.
What you will need:
You will be confident working across multiple trades, be able to diagnose and resolve issues independently, and take pride in delivering high-quality work. A City and Guilds qualification in General Building (or equivalent experience) is essential, along with a full driving licence.
