Conference & Review Manager - £64,000+- Hybrid
NonStop Care has an exciting opportunity with an Outstanding Ofsted local authority in Berkshire, seeking an experienced Lead IRO or Manager for their Conference & Review team. This role involves working closely with senior management to ensure best practices across the authority.

Responsibilities include:
* Overseeing a team of IROs and support staff
* Collaborating with and reporting to the Head of Quality Assurance
* Ensuring effective monitoring and quality assurance for CLA Reviews, Child Protection Conferences, and investigations against staff and volunteers, in line with policy and regulations
* Contributing to the Quality Assurance Framework (QAF)
* Maintaining processes for measuring, reporting, and improving practice quality across CSC
