Job Summary As a Regional Sales Manager of Enterprise in our dynamic organization, you will lead a team of Sales Representatives, driving growth through strategic planning, effective communication, and change management. Your role will involve collaborating with stakeholders at various levels to ensure the successful implementation of corporate strategies and initiatives. You will be a key player in fostering internal relationships and external partnerships while contributing to cross-regional strategic programs that shape the future of our sales operations. Job Requirements Provide management oversight to a team of 10 Sales Representatives within the District. Participate in strategic planning sessions with the sales management team. Communicate Corporate Strategy to the Sales Representatives. Lead change initiatives for your team. Work with other strategic initiative owners to implement initiatives. Act as a team member in the management team. Develop, modify, and execute company policies affecting operations with companywide impact. Manage coordination of activities within the District, ensuring adherence to budgets, schedules, and performance requirements. Education A minimum of 8 years of sales experience as a Sales Rep and 3-5 years as a People Manager is required. Bachelor of Science Degree in Engineering or Computer Science; or equivalent experience is required.
