After School Early Years Practitioner (L3 Qualified)

£15-£17.50ph (dependant on experience and qualifications)
2:45-6:30pm or 3-6pm Monday to Friday (flexible hours may be considered)
Term-Time and 52-week contracts are available depending on your circumstances

A full and relevant Level 3 Childcare qualification is essential to be considered for this role.
In this role as an After School Early Years Practitioner, you will have have responsibility for the management of the EYFS programme and any key children in your provision. You will plan programmes and activities effectively within the company structure, monitor progress, inspire children, and ensure the children in your care are safe and having fun! You will also the opportunity to work in the holidays as part of activity and sport camps, which may or may not have Early Years children attending.
As an Early Years Lead, you will need to bring:
A Passion for Working with Early Years Children - we're looking for someone to provide inclusive, fun, and engaging provision for the children in your care, while inspiring them to explore their interests
Enthusiasm and Organisation Skills - you will be responsible for the planning and delivery of activities with structure and enthusiasm. This includes a wide range of activities, including indoor and outdoor games, physical activity and sports, arts & crafts, and downtime and structured play
Responsibility and Reliability - the safety and enjoyment of the children in your care will be your key responsibility. All team members are required to follow specific policies and procedures, including completing Accident and Incident Forms and Health & Safety checks as needed, and the children and families also benefit from consistently reliable staff
Communication and Engagement - all staff are expected to conduct themselves professionally and communicate effectively with all team members, parents, children and schools on a daily basis. You will be a representative of the organisation's brand so it's key to always be a pleasure to be around!
Desirable Qualifications/Experience:
* Paediatric First Aid training
* Safeguarding training
* Enhanced DBS check
* Level 2 food hygiene
* Driving Licence
