Job Description
The key responsibilities for the [A to CEO role are:
3. Provide comprehensive administrative support to the CEO, including diary management and travel arrangements.
4. Act as the first point of contact for internal and external communications on behalf of the CEO.
5. Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations as required.
6. Organise and coordinate meetings, including minute-taking and follow-up on actions.
7. Manage confidential information with the utmost discretion and professionalism.
8. Liaise with other departments to ensure the smooth flow of information and operations.
9. Support the CEO with project management and ad-hoc tasks as needed.
10. Maintain and improve office systems and procedures to enhance efficiency.
The Successful Applicant
A successful PA to CEO should have:
