We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Tutor to join our educational team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in tutoring and teaching, with a particular focus on supporting children in their academic journey. Duties
* Provide small group tutoring sessions tailored to the needs of students.
* Assess student progress regularly and adjust teaching strategies accordingly.
* Foster a supportive and engaging learning atmosphere that motivates students to achieve their academic goals.
* Communicate effectively with students, parents, and educators regarding student performance and areas for improvement.
* Utilise various teaching methods and resources to accommodate different learning styles.
* Maintain accurate records of student attendance, progress, and feedback.
Qualifications
* Proven experience in tutoring or teaching, particularly with children.
* Strong understanding of educational principles and practices, including special education methodologies.
* Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively engage with students and their families.
* Ability to create an inclusive environment that supports diverse learning needs.
* Patience, empathy, and a genuine passion for helping students succeed academically.
