Overview
As Commis Chef, you will be at the heart of our kitchen, working with the team to deliver high-quality dishes and maintain our standards. You will take responsibility for your section, manage food safety, storage, labeling, and adherence to recipes and specifications. You will prepare food items, operate standard kitchen equipment safely, and maintain a clean station. This role is suitable for both experienced individuals and students who are passionate about food and teamwork.
