The Marketing Coordinator provides day-to-day coordination of marketing tasks and projects, ensuring both internal and external stakeholders deliver according to agreed timescales and costs.
What you’ll do:
1. Support with administrative tasks in marketing campaigns, proofread marketing literature, and coordinate logistics.
2. Update the project management tool to ensure all projects are input, current, and on track.
3. Assist with organic social media by posting approved content.
4. Liaise with external vendors to ensure materials are completed or received on time.
5. Coordinate and plan marketing events.
What you’ll bring:
1. Relevant experience as a personal assistant, administrative assistant, coordinator, or similar role.
2. Strong data entry skills.
3. Ability to work independently with minimal guidance.
4. Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks.
5. High attention to detail and strong communication skills.
6. Interest or experience in marketing is preferred.
