We are seeking an experienced and strategic Head of Operations to lead and oversee all operational needs across all Consol studios. Offering a permanent full-time contract, Monday – Friday. You must be within a commutable distance of our Bristol & Yeovil Head Offices.
Main Duties and Responsibilities
As Head of Operations, you will be responsible for driving operational excellence, ensuring outstanding customer service, and supporting commercial growth. Acting as the link between field leadership and senior management, you will directly manage Area Managers to deliver consistency, compliance, and high standards across the business.
* Lead and inspire Area Managers ensuring strong performance and development.
* Oversee operational performance across all studios, maintaining service, maintenance, and customer experience excellence.
* Work with the Operations Director to implement strategies aligned with business objectives and growth.
* Analyse data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for improvement.
* Ensure compliance with health, safety, risk management, and brand standards across all sites.
* Drive initiatives to improve profitability, customer satisfaction, and operational efficiency.
* Oversee budgets and reporting, ensuring cost-effective management without compromising standards.
* Deliver consistent processes, signage, and customer touchpoints across all studios.
Skills & Attributes
* Proven experience in multi-site operational leadership (health & beauty, leisure, or retail preferred).
* Strong people leader with a track record of developing, motivating, and retaining teams.
* Commercially astute, with sales, customer service, and performance management expertise.
* Excellent interpersonal, organisational, and communication skills.
* Strategic thinker with hands-on operational capability and problem-solving ability.
