Total People is looking for an enthusiastic and experienced Learning Coach to join our vibrant Early years and Education Team on a permanent, full time (37 hours per week) basis, based at our Northwich site.

This role gives you the chance to make a real difference in the lives of apprentices and the children they support. If you’re driven, organised, and thrive in a fast-paced environment, we want to hear from you!

What You’ll Be Doing:

1. Guiding and inspiring apprentices to develop the knowledge, skills, and behaviours they need to succeed in early years settings.
2. Delivering engaging one-to-one coaching sessions, both remotely and face-to-face.
3. Observing practice and providing meaningful feedback to support growth and development.
4. Being a key part of a supportive, passionate team – even while working remotely.

Qualifications, Skills and Experience

Essential

12. Early years experience.
13. TAQA, CAVA, A1 or D32/33 Assessor Qualification or willing to work towards
14. Hold and Early Years qualification
15. Functional Skills Level 2 in English, Maths and ICT or equivalent or willing to work towards.
16. Excellent communication skills
17. Experience of coaching to support learning
18. Ability to plan, organise and prioritise workload

Desirable

19. Coaching qualification
20. Knowledge of Government funded training
