The opportunity
As our Onboarding Manager, you will take ownership of the full onboarding journey for new Advisers, Principals and Firms joiningo our network. Your focus will be to make joining smooth, efficient and high-quality from day one.
You will lead a team of Onboarding Consultants, support new Advisers as they come into the network, and work closely with teams across the business to ensure everything runs seamlessly.
Please note, this is a field-based role.
Salary & Benefits
1. Salary up to £65,000 + £4,236 car allowance

Key responsibilities:
9. Leading and managing a team to deliver strong, consistent onboarding results
10. Owning the full onboarding journey from recruitment handover through to completion
11. Working closely with Recruitment and Partnership teams to create a smooth transition for new joiners
12. Partnering with Supervision teams to ensure all onboarding meets quality and compliance standards
13. Planning resources effectively to meet demand and stay within budget
14. Supporting team development, performance and succession planning
15. Building strong relationships with advisers, firms and internal teams
16. Using data, reporting and insights to improve the onboarding experience
17. Applying business planning knowledge to assess new advisers’ potential and readiness
18. Continuously improving processes, systems and the overall onboarding service
What will you need to succeed?
19. Financial Services background is essential
20. Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills
21. Strong leadership and team management experience
22. Ability to build relationships at all levels and encourage collaboration
23. Experience handling challenging situations and finding positive outcomes
24. A results-focused mindset with the ability to overcome obstacles
25. Understanding of business planning and assessing adviser viability
26. A proactive approach – someone who looks for ways to improve and deliver better results
27. Confident communication skills, both written and verbal
