About the role
As a Skilled Butcher, you will possess good product knowledge, cutting and preparation skills, and deliver high standards of customer service. You will be capable of preparing orders according to customer needs and have a solid understanding of stock control processes and procedures.
Responsibilities
You will support the butchery sales and profit by working closely with the Butchery Manager and team, engaging with customers, ensuring high standards of customer service, and maintaining compliance with health & safety and legal standards. You must be customer-driven, organized, and an excellent communicator with experience in the butchery trade.

Responsibilities
You will work as part of a small team in the Butchery Department. You may also be responsible for managing the department in the absence of the Butchery Manager, following company standards and complying with food safety and health & safety legislation.
