This is a full-time role, ideally suited to someone with strong behavioural management skills and experience working with children who have additional and complex needs. About the Role 1:1 support for a pupil with behavioural and emotional needs Collaborating with the class teacher and SENCO to implement support strategies Supporting emotional regulation and engagement in class activities Contributing to a consistent and structured environment for learning Promoting positive behaviour and social developmentThis role is ideal for someone who is calm, consistent, and confident in de-escalation techniques, with a strong understanding of how to support children who present with challenging behaviours.
