Job purpose: A fantastic opportunity to commence your IT Career within a highly reputable and growing IT Managed Service Provider (MSP) with an office base in Edinburgh.
By joining the team, you will play a vital role in supporting and enabling companies across the UK to go about their daily business, focusing on what they do and the service they provide whilst you ensure that their IT systems continue to operate, taking care of any issues as quickly and professionally as possible.
Initially joining the 1st Line Support Team, you will be the first point of contact for clients experiencing issues with their IT systems. You will be responsible for helping to diagnose what the problem may be, support to resolve the issue, raise tickets and referring when required to 2nd/3rd Line Support Engineers.
Joining the company as an Apprentice you will earn as you learn, with the successful candidate gaining an Industry recognised IT Diploma Apprenticeship qualification which you will be supported through by your allocated qualified IT Assessor from Elite Training.
You will receive on-the-job training by highly skilled mentors where you will gain exposure to various IT areas including troubleshooting and diagnosing computer hardware and software issues, networking, cabling, cyber security, telecoms, cloud.
