*Contexte et environnement*
As a Front Office Sales Support Administrator, you will work closely with our National Account Managers and Sales Relationship Managers to grow and service an expanding portfolio with our key customers.
You'll be preparing reports for Account Managers, handle customer calls and generally assist in the smooth running of the Operations team function.
We are pleased to offer this role as a 12 month fixed term opportunity.

The role includes, but is not limited to:
* Processing Gas and Electricity tenders (and related) information in accordance with guidelines and SLA's
* Work closely with other Support teams to ensure Gas and Power confirmations are completed within industry standards
* Work to KPIs to ensure tenders meet their deadlines
* Maintain relationship between Sales and other TGP departments
* Data validation, ensuring data is cleansed before entering into in-house systems with attention to detail
* Process gas and electricity acceptances, including loading, pricing and scanning in accordance with guidelines and SLAs
* Provide general & bespoke administrative support to the sales team and direct customers
* Managing credit checks for the sales team, in accordance with SLA's
* Liaise effectively daily by telephone with customers, consultants & Account Managers and assist with queries and enquiries
* Update and maintain various logs and sending reports to customers as requested
* Manage any reports required and complete in the specified SLA
